Set up a repayment plan

The easiest way to clear your balance with us is to setup a regular repayment plan. It will give you peace of mind that the debt is being dealt with.

You can choose the amount you pay, if you pay monthly or weekly, and make payments by debit card, Direct Debit, or via standing order.

Via debit card

This option allows you to set up a Continuous Payment Authority, which is a recurring card payment from your selected card. With this option, you will not be required to authorise the payment each time or remember to make the payment online each time. We will only collect the amount authorised at the frequency and date you agreed when you set up your repayment plan

Via Direct Debit

You can set up a Direct Debit to authorise Lantern to withdraw an agreed amount every month from your bank account.

Via standing order

You can instruct your bank to make regular repayments to us via standing order – using either internet banking, telephone banking, or by visiting your local branch. You will need to provide your bank with our bank details:

  • REFERENCE: Please use your Lantern customer reference number
