The gala highlights collections professionals who have demonstrated unprecedented levels of resilience and adaptability whilst delivering outstanding customer support throughout a period when an increasing number of people have been pushed into financial vulnerability as a result of the pandemic.  This award highlights the extent to which our growing list of seller partners trust Lantern to acquire their customers identified as encountering some sort of vulnerability at the point of sale, therefore this award is not only very special to Lantern but provides further comfort to our 3.5m account holders that we manage, in terms of the support we provide them with.
