For its third year running, the Consumer Credit Awards celebrates the successes in the Consumer Lending Sector. Some of the UK’s largest firms were recognised for their innovative loan schemes and excellent customer service.
The Consumer Credit Awards tailors their awards reflecting product categories including Credit Card Providers, Guarantor Loan Providers, Car Finance Providers and Short Term Loan Providers. Smart Money People find the best credit firms that offer customers the most appropriate loans tailored to their needs.
Our very own CEO, Denise Crossley gave her view on why we became the headline sponsor for this event.
"As the largest niche purchaser in the Alternative Lending & HC/HCST sectors, we wanted to once again support those sectors in their quest for great customer feedback. At Lantern we achieved Silver accreditation in our independent survey of customer reviews through Investors in Customers, so felt there were important synergies.
It truly was a fun evening! The venue, ambience, food and entertainment were first class. It was so great to host the event and join in the celebrations with all the winners…
This was also a great event to showcase our rebrand which has been an important step in our growth and realignment in the marketplace. However, our biggest achievement to-date has to be our raised profile & professionalism in the Debt Purchase sector following our FCA Authorisation 2 years ago. Our sellers tell us we continue to be considered the safest pair of hands and the ‘go-to’ firm when selling vulnerable portfolios, which we think is pretty awesome!”
