MMF (now Lantern) has won the 2017 CSA Collector Accreditation Initiative (CAI) Award for less than 100 collectors.
The CAI sets a benchmark for the industry by annually assessing each collector’s knowledge of compliance, industry rules, regulatory guidance and the associated legislative framework.
The Award is granted to the company which has achieved the overall highest average pass mark across all its registered collectors. Each collector must obtain a score of 80% or higher to pass. It also takes into account how many employees pass first time.
